Entry Requirements
Entry requirementsYou are normally required to have a good first degree or equivalent in a humanities-based subject, and a proven interest in language and its creative outlets. Candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered on the basis of their professional achievements in relevant areas of the creative industry (theatre, performance, journalism, publishing, etc).
Students whose first language is not English must have an IELTS score of 7.0 (or equivalent). Applicants will also be required to give two academic references and to submit a portfolio of creative writing, which should not exclusively include poetry. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.
