Entry Requirements

  • A-levels: BBC.
  • BTEC: DMM.
  • International Baccalaureate: 28 points.
  • UCAS tariff
  • 280 points. We will consider applicants with only two A-levels or a double award on an individual basis.
  • Access to HE Diploma: pass with 60 credits overall. Level 3 units in sociology or social policy are preferred. At least 45 credits at level 3, with 18 credits at merit or above.
  • GCSE (minimum grade C): at least three subjects including English language and mathematics or a science subject.
  • Foundation year or HND: direct to year 2.

English language requirements:

  • IELTS 6.0 overall, with 6.0 in writing and a minimum of 5.5 in the other elements.
