The Bachelor of Electronics Engineering with Honours program offers a comprehensive education in physics, mathematics, technology, and electronic engineering. The curriculum covers key areas such as electronic systems, circuit theory, computer architecture and networks, software development, communication engineering, signal processing, integrated circuit design, power systems, control, and instrumentation. Entry Requirements
Any of these:
- STPM: Grade C in Mathematics and 1 relevant Natural Science subject.
- A-Level: Grade D in Mathematics and 1 relevant Natural Science subject.
- UEC: Grade B in 5 subjects, including 1 Mathematics and 1 relevant Natural Science subject.
- SAM: ATAR 70 + Grade B in Mathematics and 1 relevant Natural Science subject.
- CPU: 70% Average in 2 Mathematics subjects, 1 relevant Natural Science subject, and 3 other subjects.
- IB Diploma: 24 points (excluding bonus) with at least 4 points in 1 Natural Science subject and Mathematics (Applications & Interpretation or Analysis & Approaches).
- Foundation in Science (UTAR): Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Matriculation/Foundation (Other Institutions): Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Diploma (Level 4, MQF) in Relevant Field: Minimum CGPA of 2.00.
- Other Equivalent Qualifications: Recognised by the Malaysian Government.
English Language Requirement:
- Malaysian (STPM/UEC/Non-English): Credit in SPM English / Grade C (O-Level) / Grade B (UEC) / MUET Band 3 / IELTS 5.0 / TOEFL 40 (iBT) / 7.5 (Essentials) / PTE 47 / Cambridge 154 / 100 (OET) / ELS CIEP 107.
Note:
- With only a pass in SPM English: Must complete English Enhancement Programme (Levels 7 & 8).
- Malaysian (A-Level / SAM / CPU / English-medium): No additional English requirement, but must pass SPM English.
