Lux International College provides students with the option of Lux Condominiums and Pearl Student Housing as comfortable accommodations. Just a 5-minute drive from Lux International College, residents will have the choice to stay in Single rooms (Air-Conditioned/Non Air-Conditioned), Twin-sharing rooms (Air-Conditioned/Non Air Conditioned), or Triple-sharing rooms (Air-Conditioned/Non Air-Conditioned).

Lux International College has moved from UCSI University and currently has its own building located in Plaza Damansara, Damansara Utama. Damansara Utama is a suburban area of Petaling Jaya and easily accessible via public transportation (Metrobus, rapidKL buses, and taxis). The strategic location in Damansara Utama provides many advantages such as easy access for residents from Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Klang, and Cheras, and is accessible to various facilities such as shopping, restaurants, and cafes located in Damansara Utama.

With almost everything a student needs outside the campus and strategically located within city limits, various public transportation services are available in the area. Lux International College also has parking facilities in and around the college. These include:

1. Basement Plaza Damansara - Total parking spaces available in the college building, 150.
2. City Center Parking - The City Center provides parking facilities for the public and workers around Damansara Utama. The public can use these facilities provided by the city center manager's shuttle van. The shuttle van provides services for users every 20 minutes from 7:00 to 21:30 from Monday to Friday except Saturday and Sunday.
3. MBPJ Parking - Students can also park at MBPJ parking. In addition, we have provided a flexible class schedule for students so that they can easily find parking in the morning.
4. City Center Parking Phase 2 - City Center Parking Phase 2 is an underground parking area currently under development. This will provide many options for students to find parking around the college.

UCSI was accorded college status in 1990 by the Ministry of Education (Malaysia), university college status in 2003 and full-fledged university status in 2008, becoming Malaysia's second private university.
