About
The program aims to enhance participants' professional skills and encourage critical examination of key educational topics. Participants will develop the ability to apply theory and research effectively, gaining insights into complex educational issues, practices, and policies. This program is available both full-time (1 year) and part-time (1 year 9 months).
The goal of the course is to give general graduates who want to pursue teaching as a career the opportunity to do so and to receive professional training in the field. Through discussions, research presentations, and critical reflection, participants will demonstrate their analytical and synthesis skills, deepening their understanding of teaching and learning processes. Ultimately, graduates will possess advanced knowledge and competencies applicable across various educational contexts.

Entry Requirements
Any one of these:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, with a minimum CGPA of 2.50, as accepted by Lincoln University’s Senate
- A Bachelor’s Degree or its equivalent, not meeting CGPA of 2.50, can be accepted subject to a minimum of five (5) years working experience in a relevant field.
- Other qualifications recognized by the Malaysian Government.
The minimum language proficiency of the candidates must be determined by the Lincoln University consistent with applicable program standards or based on the needs of the program.
English Proficiency Requirements (International Students):
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score of 5.0 or its equivalent.
If a student does not meet this requirement, HEPs must offer English proficiency courses to ensure that the student’s proficiency is sufficient to meet the needs of the program.
