SPM or Equivalent

• Malaysian Students:

Assistant Nurse Certificate / Community Nurse Certificate

• Pass SPM
• Registered with the Nursing Board and possess a current Annual Practicing Certificate
• 3 years of clinical working experience

English Language Requirements (for International Students)

• SPM: Pass for Diploma in Nursing
• UEC: Pass
• IELTS: Minimum score of 5.5
• TOEFL:
  • 515 (PBT)
  • 215 (CBT)
  • 80 (iBT)
• Pearson: Minimum score of 51
• Alternative Option: International students who do not fulfill the English Language requirements may enroll in the Intensive English Programme at Nilai University, which prepares them for the Linguaskill Examination.

Health Requirements

All offers are subject to students being certified by a medical practitioner as fit to commence the nursing programme within one month. Students must not have any of the following medical/physical conditions:

• Physical or Impaired Senses That Hinder Dexterity

• Medical Insurance (mandatory)

• Other qualifications not listed in the Nursing Standard Programme by Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) require approval from both LJM and the Nilai University Registrar.
